Our happy students have a lot to say about our courses!
Paula showed us the small changes we could make to increase the volume of our meals while decreasing calories. The info Paula gave us was super easy to understand and implement in our daily lives and made me realise how easy it is to make these changes!
“I found it very realistic with many practical strategies and examples of easy changes that can be made to meals. I am really trying to listen to my hunger cues more, focusing on having lots of fruit and veg and making better snack choices.
“It’s definitely helped my energy levels as I was over-consuming meat and carbs and felt lethargic constantly. I don’t weigh myself but I feel leaner, have more energy and just feel better overall.
“I found the mindfulness part of the course most useful, including the use of the hunger scale. It was practical and an easy concept to understand and implement.
Here to help hungry humans
Paula Norris, AKA Moving Dietitian has been an Accredited Dietitian and Nutritionist for 13 years.
She started her Instagram account as Moving Dietitian 5 years ago out of frustration with the constant #BS that is thrown around the internet on nutrition. She has built up a following just shy of 120,000 and growing. Her aim was not only to bust nutrition myths but to shine a light on easier ways to be healthy, mainly through volume eating.
She has always been a hungry human and studying nutrition helped her discover how volume eating was a way to manage hunger without going overboard in calories.
It’s an approach that has worked for her when she was single, and with her partner (now hubby) and with her family ( twins) and she knows with absolute confidence it will work as her lifestyle changes in the future.
She wants to share her knowledge and what she’s learnt along the way with you. So you can learn to love food for the right reasons, live a healthier life and give your all to the ones you love.
