Paula Norris, AKA Moving Dietitian has been an Accredited Dietitian and Nutritionist for 13 years. 

She started her Instagram account as Moving Dietitian six years ago out of frustration with the constant #BS that is thrown around the internet on nutrition. She has built up a following just shy of 120,000 and growing. Her aim was (and still is) not only to bust nutrition myths but to shine a light on easier ways to eat well forever.

She has always been a hungry human and studying nutrition helped her discover how volume eating was a way to manage hunger without going overboard when it comes to calories.
