There are so many different diets to try and some terrible ones that are unfortunately promoted by paid celebrities.
Because of this, it is understandable that we are overwhelmed by choice and confused about what the best approach is. Volume eating may seem like just another ‘diet’ to throw into the mix. To help, I have created an easy guide that compares volume eating to other popular diets below.

Where you see ‘possibly’ that is because you may or may not have a tick in that box depending on your specific approach to the diet in question.
For example, whilst the WW approach allows you the flexibility to choose the foods that you want, you may or may not apply the principles that help with managing hunger that are a fundamental part of the volume eating way.
